UK Delivery

UK delivery is targeted at 2-3 business days  from the date of dispatch. If you have not received your order within 10 working days then please get in touch so we can track the issue.

Hemp it Up processes all online orders the same working day (if received before 3pm) for a dispatch the following day,  we generally use Royal Mail 48 (which is a tracked service), depending on the size of the package, please add your safe place in the notes section at checkout so your postie knows the best place to leave your parcel.

Hemp it Up aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible in our method and type of packaging, avoiding using plastic and using paper/card alternatives, we sometimes even use Hemp wool, gathered from the Hemp field after harvest to pack our hemp products.

Please remember to tick the box if the order is for a gift, we can add your special message and dispatch to a different address.

If you would like to collect your order directly from our farm and avoid paying for delivery please click COLLECTION when at the checkout, we will contact you by return email to arrange a suitable time and place.
