This super healthy cold pressed oil is so rich in ALA (Alpha Linolenic Acid) you only need 1 dessertspoon (10g) per day to provide you with your minimum daily requirement of Omega-3. Aย  great store cupboard essential and yes, you can even cook with it safely, up 190 degrees as its been heat stability tested.

Extra Virgin Hemp Seed Oil is a natural anti-inflammatory and a great alternative to all other seed oils e.g Olive oil and Rape seed oil, Coconut Oil, (as are our infused oils).ย  Hemp Seed Oil is green in colour with a pleasant nutty taste, an excellent choice for general health especially if you have any issues with skin irritations, joint inflammation, cognitive health, eye health and all Cardio related conditions.

Origin: Hemp it Up were established in 2022 from our family farm in Angus, Scotland, we grow our own hemp seed and produce our own products on the farm.
