We have slowly infused our very own Omega rich cold-pressed Hemp Seed Oil with Black Garlic, this is exceptionally smooth with a mildly smoky depth of flavour, enhancing the oil’s natural nutty notes without overpowering. This infusion offers a greater antioxidant content than our roasted garlic oil, while remaining mild and approachable and “non garlicky”. Its smooth, layered profile makes it particularly versatile: ideal with a balsamic for dipping with bread, adding to mushrooms and cream to pour over steak or incorporating into dressings and marinades; this oil adds gentle depth to everyday cooking where a subtle savoury note is desired rather than overt garlic intensity.
