Blueberry & Mint Smoothie (serves 2)
- 2 Hand full of fresh or frozen Blueberries
- 1 peeled Kiwi
- 100g coconut milk OR Natural yogurt
- Few sprigs of fresh mint or tbsp of dried mint
- 1 heaped tbsp Hemp protein (7.5g)
- 1 tbsp of hemp, chai, seeds
- Water or coconut water to make your preferred consistency
Tropical Green smoothie (it doesn’t taste green)!!
- Dairy and gluten free
- Large handful of Frozen Mango
- 1 long stalk of Celery
- 1 dessert spoon Fresh ginger grated or paste
- 100ml Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
- 1 tbsp Hemp protein to boost nutrients and protein.
- 1 dessert spoon Hemp seeds
- Handful of Fresh spinach
- Few chunks of crushed pineapple, if don’t have, add extra mango
