Blueberry & Mint Smoothie (serves 2)
- 2 Hand full of fresh or frozen Blueberries
- 1 peeled Kiwi
- 100g coconut milk OR Natural yogurt
- Few sprigs of fresh mint or tbsp of dried mint
- 1 heaped tbsp Hemp protein (7.5g)
- Water or coconut water to make your preferred consistency
- 1 tbsp of hemp hearts (optional) for additional omegas and protein
Lean Green smoothie (Serves 2) – it doesn’t taste green!!
- 1 Avocado
- 40g Spinach leaves
- 3 large sprigs of mint
- 100g plain yogurt, Kefir or milk (any)
- 30g Hemp protein 50% to boost nutrients and protein.
- 400ml Fresh apple juice
