Blueberry  & Mint Smoothie (serves 2)

  • 2 Hand full of fresh or frozen Blueberries
  • 1 peeled Kiwi
  • 100g coconut milk OR Natural yogurt
  • Few sprigs of fresh mint or tbsp of dried mint
  • 1 heaped tbsp Hemp protein (7.5g)
  • Water or coconut water to make your preferred consistency
  • 1 tbsp of hemp hearts (optional) for additional omegas and protein

Lean Green smoothie (Serves 2) – it doesn’t taste green!!

  •  1 Avocado
  • 40g Spinach leaves
  • 3 large sprigs of mint
  • 100g plain yogurt, Kefir or milk (any)
  • 30g Hemp protein 50% to boost nutrients and protein.
  • 400ml Fresh apple juice
