Ingredients – Serves 2

  • Pasta of choice
  • Half a Chorizo (spicy one) sliced or cubed
  •  20 Runner beans
  • Half a small tin of Sweetcorn
  • 8 button Mushrooms sliced
  • Half a red onion, sliced
  • Garlic Hemp Seed Oil – Drizzle over before serving
  • Season to taste

Method

Start the chorizo off in a frying pan on medium heat, this will release the fat, add onion, beans and mushrooms to pan, stir, after 5 minute add the sweetcorn and stir.

Boil a pan of water and add pasta.

Add garlic bread into oven now if required.

Once pasta is cooked drain and add to pan, drizzle with Garlic Hemp Oil and serve.
