Ingredients – Serves 2
- Pasta of choice
- Half a Chorizo (spicy one) sliced or cubed
- 20 Runner beans
- Half a small tin of Sweetcorn
- 8 button Mushrooms sliced
- Half a red onion, sliced
- Garlic Hemp Seed Oil – Drizzle over before serving
- Season to taste
Method
Start the chorizo off in a frying pan on medium heat, this will release the fat, add onion, beans and mushrooms to pan, stir, after 5 minute add the sweetcorn and stir.
Boil a pan of water and add pasta.
Add garlic bread into oven now if required.
Once pasta is cooked drain and add to pan, drizzle with Garlic Hemp Oil and serve.
